  1- Saturday, September 15,  1 to 4 PM.

     Marketing 101 à la Carte

 

Whether you already have marketing tools or you would like to develop them, this workshop is ideal for artists that want to learn, review and sharpen all the professional tools necessary to network and connect with the art world.

The workshop is based on the *concept of branding*, including a holistic vision of logos, business cards, postcards, brochures, portfolios, catalogs and your presence on the web.

 

 

         2- Saturday, September 22, 1 to 4 PM.

    Pricing your Art

 

·  Do you have a system for setting prices for your art?

· Do you want to review the system?

· How and when to increase prices?

 

This workshop offers an overview on pricing artworks. It will be an opportunity for artists to hands-on review/set up their price criteria and range. Methods such as:

· Factual Pricing

· Fictional Pricing

· Inch-per-inch Pricing

 

Other important factors about pricing will also be discussed 

 

  3- Saturday, September 29, 1 to 4 PM.

     Basic Knowledge in Proper Caring and

     Handling your Art

      (CURATORIAL TIPS ARE INCLUDED)

 

Video presentation, roundtable discussion and hands-on approach to acquire basic art handling, maintenance, hanging and curatorial tips skills by working different aspects of the production of an exhibition. The proper handling and an effective system for art caring can make the difference in the long lasting well being of a work of art and artifacts.
