is located in the Town of Lloyd,

Ulster County, NY. This unique

and enchanting property is a

private residence dedicated to

the Arts.

It was designed and built

by the late inventor and

designer Thad E. Matras.

It is currently used as a

meeting place for people in

the arts from all over the coun-

try and abroad, as well as natio-

nal and foreign dignitaries.
